So it's just me, and then last licks.

Reminder for Last Licks: we all roll at the same time effectively, and
the lead does NOT officially change until the END of the round. So if
Tom is the leader at 500, then that is the point total everyone needs to
beat, not whatever the scores are during the last licks round.

Now, let's see if I can steal the lead from Tom so I get to take the
round off instead of him :-)

Roll 1: 4 [4] 4 5 6 Total: 45, clear 4's (yipes!)

Roll 2: 3

WIMPOUT!!!

Well, now we know who gets LL1 off. Good luck, Tom! It's
all-or-nothing now.

Wayne

What are the chances of getting 375 with _these_ dice, hmm?

2 2 4 [4] 5 ( 5/ 5)
2 2 10 [*] (30/35, clear 2s on 5 dice)
[4 rerolls]
4 5 5 10 [*] (60/95, clear 5s on 1 die)
10 (10/105, wow!)
3 3 5 5 [5] (15/120, clear 5s on 2 dice)
10 10 (20/140, this is bloody amazing)
2 2 [6] 10 10 (20/160, where I'd stop on any normal round...)
2 2 [4] (WO)

Well, that was an... interesting ride.

Well, we all have a face that we hide away forever
And we take them out to show ourselves when everyone has gone
Some are satin, some are steel, some are silk and some are leather
They're the faces of the Stranger but we love to try them on

OK, that was a great game folks. I did not get the new dice from Santa, so
I'm warming the old ones up for another round. No more Super Novas! I will
watch this forum for the next game, awaiting with grave suspense the
opportunity to seek revenge for my humiliating defeat! Beware, for I am
training each die individually with Olympic effort to roll the proper
values during the next challenge!

I was warming mine up with a game of No-Stops (roll until you wimpout
and see what your score was at that point). I had just 5 points, rolled
4 tens (flash plus 10), rolled all five dice to clear it and got a
freight train of 5's!! Clearing that one got me a flash of 6's. I
think I had 850 points by the time I finally wimped out. I wish I had
kept a roll-by-roll list going.

Been a LONG time since I had any crazy rounds like that in a game that
gets posted here.

So when do we start? I'm ready now. I had my first-ever freight train
roll (started playing Wimpout in 1982) so I am eager to see what
craziness this game will bring.

I will miss the roll off on last licks. In all the time've played Cosmic, I
only had 6's maybe 5 times, 10' now twice.
Maybe Santa will bring me newe dice. lol!

Only thing i can say is good luck all!
